The second of three "money" games for the Black Bears. UMaine visits old Yankee Conference friend, Connecticut, which now plays in the professional level of D1 hoops. UMaine will attempt to be closer at halftime than the 48-point deficit it faced at Syracuse.

We follow UMaine hoops and have a two-part dream: That one day the Black Bears will play in the NCAA Tournament and have a first-class, on-campus facility of their own ... a home for Black Bears basketball. Plans to renovate Memorial Gym (aka, The Pit) were announced several years ago.
